STEP FOUR: DESIGNING THE HOME

At our location, your salesperson will help you put together the configuration of the home you want. These areas may involve the home, lot site plan, porches, sheds, walks, raised rooms, etc. They will also have samples of the colors, carpet, cabinets, wall coverings, formica, ceramic and cabinet handles.

To complete a specific order for your home, you will have your salesperson arrange for an appointment with one of the model center's sales consultants. You should allow at least 2-3 hours for this appointment—this is your dream home, and you want the details to be chosen carefully and unhurriedly. This time frame will be very enjoyable, as you see your home coming together in your choices.
