STEP THREE: CUSTOMIZING YOUR FLOORPLAN

Now that you know the size of the home that will fit on your lot, you can select from the many floorplans available from the manufacturer we represent. Our best quality homes come from Jacobsen Homes.

New mobile homes come in single-wides (14' and 16' widths), double-wides (24', 26', 28' or 32' widths), and finally, triple-wides (42' width). The average size of singles is 16' x 56', and double 28' x 56'. One can buy a triple-wide that contains 2500 square feet of space or more. Two-, three-, four-, and even five-bedroom homes are available.

The Florida Mobile Home Association (FMHA) claims that mobile homes are "the best built homes in America." We will help arrange for you to visit the manufacturer's model center, including a factory tour where you can see homes being built.
