STEP TWO: SITE PLANS

Once you have selected a park and a lot on which to place your new home, we will prepare a Site Plan drawing of your lot. We take into consideration the mandatory setbacks and can advise you about the size of the mobile home you can place on that lot and how it will need to set, or you may purchase private property large enough to accommodate any size home.
